Wild West Days
Zimmerman celebrates its annual "Wild West Days" during Memorial Day Weekend. The festival is put on by the Civic Club and includes a grand parade, softball tournament, food and craft fair and a carnival. Numerous other events are scheduled throughout the weekend which starts on Thursday and ends on Monday. For more information, check out www.gowildwestdays.com.

Business Expo
The Greater Zimmerman Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Annual Business Expo in the spring and features many of our local businesses.

Annual Golf Tournament
Another sponsored event is the Annual Golf Tournament in the summer which is open to the public as well as its members.

Celebrate the Season
The year is wrapped up with “Celebrate the Season,” an annual event in Zimmerman which includes a tree lighting ceremony, prize drawings and horse drawn wagon rides in December.

Other Sponsored Events
An added sponsored event for 2009 is the Circus in July. The numerous community organizations and churches hold many events and festivals throughout the year. The fire station holds an open house in September. Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge hosts many events throughout the year.
